History

1977

Elettra Progetti was founded in April 1977 as a Limited Company with a capital of Liras 900,000 with specific engineering and work supervising expertise in the Oil & Gas and Energy fields.

1981

In 1981, Elettra Progetti S.r.l. changed its corporation into a public limited company (S.p.A.).
Over the years, the company gained expertise in multidisciplinary projects, expanding its operational capacity and financial technology to equipments, materials and systems procurement with the "turnkey" formula.

1997

Elettra Services S.p.A. was born: a company for recruitment, evaluation, selection, training and supply of qualified technical staff, in Italy and abroad, for all activities in support of the Customer on a building site. Elettra Services S.p.A. is entitled to supply temporary work in accordance to regulation 196/1997 known as the "Treu package".

2004

Gestitalia Holding S.r.l. and Elettra Servizi aziendali S.r.l. were founded. The first was used to organize and structure all the companies of the group while the second, to provide administrative services within the group.
Gestitalia Holding S.r.l., with an entire private capital, holds the whole block of shares of all the group companies.

2008

In December 2008, following the merger between the
two companies Elettra Progetti S.p.A. and Elettra
Services S.p.A., ELETTRA Progetti e Servizi S.p.A.
was founded.

2011

Today ELETTRA Progetti e Servizi S.p.A. is part of an efficient and organised group, to its second generation and up to the challenge of the coming decades.
